Once booked on a tour, we will provide to our Canadian & USA travellers detailed information pertaining to conditions of entry for the country/ies included in your tour. In the very least, you will need to have a valid passport; there is a common rule worldwide that your passport have at least 6 month’s validity beyond the date of return (some European countries may require only 3 months).

If your destination/s requires prior action from you in addition to presenting your passport on arrival – ie online pre-registration, online “visas” application and/or the payment of entry fees etc – we will provide this information at time of reservation. If these processes require support information/documentation from us to include with your application, we will provide this closer to departure.

While most visas can now be acquired online, some can still be somewhat complicated and/or involve application to a consulate or embassy. Some tours can also involve multiple applications—in these cases we will provide our best advice on how to proceed, which usually involves the services of of our preferred visa services as listed below. Where we become aware of changes to regulations, we will notify you if we are able. Providing that we have used our best efforts to advise you of requirements, or assist you in obtaining visas, we cannot be held responsible for mistakes by embassies, sudden changes to regulations, or the actions of border officials all of which are beyond our control.
