This accommodation package is available exclusively in conjunction with the Central Europe Grand Tour and cannot be booked as a standalone product. It has been arranged by Adventures Abroad for members of Canada's Walking Club attending the IVV Olympiad 2027 in Luxembourg, and provides 5 nights at the Melia Luxembourg, June 15-20, with daily breakfast included — no touring, no programming, just a comfortable base from which to participate in the Olympiad.

The Melia Luxembourg is a 4-star property located in the Kirchberg district, Luxembourg City's modern European quarter and the hub of the 2027 Olympiad activities. The hotel offers well-appointed rooms, full facilities, and easy access to the event venues.
This package is based on double/twin-share occupancy; a single supplement applies for solo travellers. - Staff and Support:
This is an accommodation-only package. No Adventures Abroad tour leader or guide is included. Guests are responsible for their own arrangements during the Olympiad stay. - Group Size:

- Final payment: Due 90 days prior to departure.
- Deposit: A non-refundable $500 CAD Deposit is required at booking.
- Single Supplement: $1250 CAD (number of singles limited).
- Transfering Tour or Date: Transferring to another tour or tour date is only permissible outside of 120 days prior to departure and is subject to a $100 CAD change fee.
(Read our cancellation policy) - A $500 deposit is due by June 29, 2026. Final payment is due 90 days prior to arrival. Outside of 120 days prior to arrival, your deposit may be transferred to a future tour for a $100 transfer fee (credit valid 1 year from original start date). This package requires a minimum of 45 participants by June 29, 2026. If this minimum is not reached, you will be offered the option to maintain your booking at a revised price or to cancel without penalty.
