Laura did an excellent job of picking restaurants. It did exceed my expectations. It was very tasty and accommidating to my allergies. Most of the time I do not care for tour food, its usually bland with no flexibility because I have allergies.

I enjoyed all the excursions. All the local guides has immense and exceptional knowledge. The evening meals met and sometimes exceeded my expectations especially in Santiago. Train rides were fun and great to relax and see the countryside. Our tour leader made this trip so enjoyable because of his dedication to our well being. He kept us informed as to what we were doing next and at what time. He entertained us on the road with games, aside from other discussions.

Claude is gragarious, savy, and positive and made me feel as if he had every moment planned and thought through. He explained what, where, when and how we were going to do things and was always open to suggestions. His fluency in Spanish was excellent.
